(this'd probably be a War of the Souls, by the way)

Either way, I created this social standard for the world.

It was influenced by my imagination of how the most powerful mages back then were.

As in, their personality.

Then it only fit in the story to put something of a downfall to that.

Though it's more a downfall of the societies of the mages than one of civilization in general.

Either way, I made this one person who's important in the current story a bit of an outcast.

(don't worry about spoilers by the way (in case I ever get to release it); there's that's supposed to stay secret)

And doing that, I opened the way for quite a bit of story line.

And at the same time got her to not be a-bit-too-perfect anymore.

Double win.

And then I went on and thought about this other main character somewhere else.

You know what, I can use this same thing for her too.

And then I immediately also have a plausible device to get her together with the other main character.

Another double win, because I also solved this character's too-perfecness.

And then I was like, but I want an important plot line here too, or it feels too much like a useless part of the series, to the point where you wonder why I'm making it so difficult for the main character to only be able to access the real plot events in a sorta dream-like state.

And I went on, and solved that problem too.

It spawned another problem though:

The famous "but why didn't the antagonists make this move long ago already?"

And I solved that too.

Yes, yesterday's shower was a good shower.

Anyways, the next thing I thought of was my exam.

I had my first school exam today.

Dutch (which is my native language in case anyone doesn't know).

And it went pretty well.
