I'm 5'3''. And I've been this tall since I was like 10. I was the tallest kid in 1st and 2nd grade and then I stopped growing and everyone pretty much grew past me.

I'm 188 cm. About 95% of the world understands that, so I don't see the need to find out what that is in feet and inches (which only about 5% of the world would understand).
