Mesaana healed?

Featured Replies

It is very strongly implied that the sisters who found Messaana in her vegetable state took her captive and didn't kill her. We have no word whatsoever on any trial that could have occured. But then again, as stated above, if her soul "died" she could have been snatched up by the DO and revived in a new body. Who knows. It seems it's late in the story for something of the sort, though.

Just kill and resurrect her in a new body, she should be her old self again?

If this theory is valid (not sure about that), her body doesn't need to die. Her soul is already dead and can be grasped by the DO to be inserted in a new body.

I really don't think we'll see her back. Given that there's only one book left and a number of Forsaken to deal with and the fact that every non-Ishamael resurrection has been completely and utterly pointless and he hasn't really done a lot either, I think that the Messana plotline can be considered finished. Of course, I said the same thing about Graendal and only ended up wishing I was correct.

That being said, I do hope that BS brings Aginor back two or three more times so that he can get pointlessly blown up some more before the series finishes.

I agree, but I believe Lanfear/Cyndane still has a large impact to make, but i will be pretty annoyed if Mesaana comes back.

It's rought, but I'm of the opinon that you can't fix retarded (the perjoritive)

Since i read the part where found messana as a vegetable Ive always thought Rand should get Nynaeve to heal her (if it was possible) then they could ask her where in the light demandred is. But as with other ideas it may be a bit late in the piece for this.
