Hm, I thought of one of the borderlander kings but now that I read all answers I see that it doens´t fit.

Lan would have been king (Luc is Lan's cousin that's why nyneave saw a guy bearing a great resemblance to Rand in T'A'R, but the lineage of some of the characters is intertwiny and complicated so lets not go there)
