When you curse by saying, "Blood and ashes", or "Flaming", or "mother's milk in a cup" within earshot of someone, and they look at you like you're a very strange person.

When you compare your own marriage to that of Perrin and Faile's .... and you like the comparison.

 

When you start comparing people, friends, and co-workers in real life to the Aes Sedai, or one of the Aiel, and that helps you to understand them better.

 

When you get pissed off at your boss at work, and think to yourself that, "That man just has to be a bloody darkfriend!!"

Holy cow this thread takes me back, I remember when this was first posted lol.

 

Lately for me it's been internally thinking up metal songs with a WoT theme (too bad I can't play any instruments to actually write the music lol)
