hmmm. Yes, you're creative. Now I'll think of a solution.

 

Wait, I can feel Maw is near through the bond. You know, Des, some of the easier weaves (like fireballs) are that easy that I can think of the full weave, and I don't need to see it. I don't know where YOU are, but I do know where Maw is. Do you want your Storm Leader to die?

Ley draws his blade. He heard Des drawing it, because Des forget to mask that sound. Too, Des forget to mask the sound of him walking. With his experience of fighting in the dark, Ley could hear him walking, if he listened very well. He walked a bit round, like he had no idea what people were doing. He slowly turned, so that Des was before him. Waiting a few more seconds, he heard Des walking near. At once, Ley swung his sword. Des was that surprised, that he let his weaves go, and Ley embraced Saidin again, looking at Des. "So, you thought I was beaten that easily?"

Don't worry, I can pickle you after it. And that bonding ceremony will come. We are preparing for it, and we are almost never active at the same time. So it takes long.
