This was the post that crashed DM. I believe that DM would be a lesser place without you. You make the BT a much more fun and crazy place.

because, ok, i'm commenting on the soundness of your argument, sorry, but... people come and go all the time, and it doesn't really make much difference to the community what one person does.

 

the BT and DM would be over it before the door hit me on the way out.

I disagree, personally. I don't know how the BT operates in that sense but there are many people written down in my book that left... and will always be a loss to the site in my eyes. Everyone seems to think that people only matter if when they stop being around the place falls apart. It's highly inaccurate. Yes, DM will go on no matter who stays or goes but that doesn't mean it doesn't change. And if it's a change for the worse... well... then a person or two did make a difference.

When I left, I didn't tell anyone I was going. I just kinda poofed out of existence. I regret not saying bye, but I also didn't intend to be gone as long as I was.

if i left i would just fade away. don't see the point in saying goodbye. if you're saying goodbye, you're still interacting.

Well, like I said, I didn't intend to stay away as long as I did. Too much was going on in RL and I couldn't get back.
