Ok. So.

She's a SCAdian. I met her when I first started playing in high school and I think she was 14 or so at the time, so I've know her for a while. I'm 33, she's 25. She's a visual nerd, so she likes anime but I know she's a bookworm. I helped her get a job with my employer and she's doing very well in that regard. A number of people have asked why I haven't asked her out, including her dad, so... awkward? We get along swimmingly overall but I feel more like an older brother to her than a romantic interest.

I overthink these things.

Not much going on here.  I went out to lunch with my husband and then to the movies to see Mockingjay.  Without spoilers, I felt it was just taken out of the middle of a book with no beginning and really no ending.

Wrote my research paper for my Multicultural Issues in Diversity class for grad school. Then did lunch with my parents for the hubby's birthday.

I am going out tonight ( I hope!) with my coworkers. Tomorrow, I'm heading to a friend's to work on Christmas presents. Then, it's shopping this weekend. Maybe Game Night with my Shire...
