A little better thanks Rey, less sicky but still a bit hot and tired. I love that bit of the film. Samuel L Jackson is all blah bla blah and then WHAM! Gets bitten in half by a great massive shark. I am terrified if sharks though - and this film proves they know exactly what they are doing. Just like wasps.

Yeah, the film subverted the Black Dude Dies First trope. I can't remember too well, but I think the other black dude Preacher, actually said something like "black guys always die in these situations" or something. Love it when the characters are genre-savvy

 

And sharks aren't too bad! They just hang about in the water, which isn't man's natural habitat. Means they have a distinct advantage heh.

It has been proven that 100% of genuine shark attack victims were wet when attacked.
