Have you ever wanted to name a child after your favorite WoT character? No? Well, neither have I. But the question was posed - who do we think would? It came down to two likely candidates.

The nominees are:

Nynaeve

Ed2funy

Personally, I think they both will name a future child after someone in WoT. But the masses have spoken.

The winner is

*stabs Lily* There's nothing wrong with wanting to name two of your future children after WoT characters!

'Grats, Ed...even though you'll really never have much say in the matter.

I tried to hint at this. Husband yelled at me.

So instead, I get to name my daughters after Dead Queens and my sons after Southern Generals from the Civil War.

No, I'm not kidding.

There are quite a few good names in that series and I would go for a few of them... Not Bela though, Twilight spoiled that one >:(

And which names did you settle for then?

*names Lily's future kid Rand* :P It's a pet's job to do such things!

*laughs*

Oh, EP...*pats*

And the names are awesome!

Moon - you are too right! XD

Christine - your husband doesn't know what he's missing by not reading the series. Maybe one day he'll pick them up?

And which names did you settle for then?

Eddie, you already posted them in the "You know you're really into WoT when..." thread. :P Edward Matrim and Aviendha Louise.

Eh, she mentioned good names from the series ('cept for Bela, which I totally agree on...of course, there's Edward, too... :/) and then asked... and you answered saying they were awesome.

*stabs*

Regardless, now she knows. And Christine can share hers, too.

Ha, he has read through TSR. He is just picky.

Jefferson Davis

Robert Lee

Thomas Jackson

Elizabeth Grace

Catherine Jane

Victoria Rose

Those are the names so far.

I tried to hint at this. Husband yelled at me.

So instead, I get to name my daughters after Dead Queens and my sons after Southern Generals from the Civil War.

No, I'm not kidding.

Which Queens? Freddy Mercury?

Does many man

Your conjugation and declension sadden me.

Which Southern Generals names did you pick though?

And I've always thought Matrim was better than Matthew.

I wouldn't name a kid Egwene though, I'd end up calling them Eggy or Weenie for short :P

Confederate President Jefferson Davis

General Robert E Lee

General Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson

It wasn't obvious from the names?
