The above explanation is reasonable but the key point I wanted to make with Q entanglement (RJ was a physicist and would have known the theory) is that the intervening distance is not crossed. Info gets from A to B without crossing in-between.

Q entanglement are currently known to work on particles at a record distance of about 100 kms. By analogy, if gross objects (like Rands and Moridins) are being "transported": by QEntanglement using the TP, the nature of the intervening distance would not matter, since the objects would never physically cross it. They would be on one side of the Gate and then the other.
