Unlikely, considering the amount of PoVs we have from her. We'd have gotten a hint at some point I'd have thought.

Well, you know what they say about how opposites attract. You can't choose who you fall in love with. And while Faile isn't one of my more favorite characters, she does have some charm, IMO and truly loves Perrin. Remember that jsut because you hate or dislike someone, it doesn't mean someone else can't love them. I mean, it wouldn't make much sense if everyone someone disliked died alone and unloved.
