Canberra was cold and raining at 6am......

 

Now it's more working a 9hour shift with the aftermath of yesterday's activity. I should have a hot bath when I get home....

YEAH! a nap sounds great... but i have to go to work now ... i hate third shift

I have to get fit ... I'm hoping to get to Charleston next year and want to fit in my dress nice.

 

There is a Boot Camp thing that the Army Run at the local sports centre but I know I will die if I try that. I think I have to start walking more again.
