I like the idea of taking the level of activity around here into account when modifying the requirements and I also like the idea of still keeping it difficult to become a blade master even if we make it a little simpler to advance up to a WS of 10 or so.

Way ahead of you. Visar and I pretty much hammered down the trainees section, next will be the guards. I'll post for feedback before making it official :)
