I'm 16, so I've only got a couple of years on Rand. And lolguy, wookiees can live up to 600 years, I think. So even older than most Aes Sedai/Kin. They might even have an ageless face under the fur.

 

Edit: Maybe I'll alter my earlier statement to most/ a few/ maybe even none of the these people vote for their factions.
