A funny but cruel prank me and some Air Force buddies used to pull on peeps was

Hmmm... just googled it and saw that they have enough voltage to possibly disrupt the heartbeat if they get a current through the torso... I might have to edit that post...

We had cheap nylon carpet tiles in our assembly room in school. A whole row of us held hands once and shuffled our feet to creat a static charge. We then lifted up our feet and shocked the boy who was sitting on the end. You could see the spark jump onto his face. He didn't half scream.
