As usual - 5 points for signing in.

This months theme is crafts. The Asha´mans focus is to build and form the landscape in and around the Black Tower. Have you built anything? Or do you like to create other things? 5 additional points for telling us about it.

DO ONLY POST ONCE!

When I was younger I loved to embroider and knit. I also used to write a lot. It´s a great feeling when you can look at something and say "I have done this". I don´t create much now days, if you don´t count my attempts at making siggies of course.

Well, I love building paper models, like the real tiny ones with miniscule details etc... You can buy these as templates in all kinds of stationary shops usually...

So far I have made 3 model airplane, 2 of which totally failed, and with the last one I first discovered my love for electronics and promptly equipped it with a small electromagnetic motor, lol. But, once a counterweight was added it actually flew a few meters!

Then I've built 2 or three boats, out of which only one survived as well... I'm currently building on a dreamliner model that is 1.5 meters long! A monster project!

First!:laugh::madmyrddraal:

I can barely survive doing stitching and stuffs, it can be compared to Nynaeve's skills in the books at best :P

I do love building things...I've made treehuts and medieval costumes with my brothers. I love making films, drawing, siggies, artsy stuff even though I never managed to make sculptures >.< Paper mache is my enemy. A lot of farmwork involves being crafty with no.8 wire :P

*edit RAGRGH beat my my own ickle brother >.< FOR SHAME!

I try different sorts of crafts. Currently I am working on a Madhubani painting for my brother. I have made pen holder from old can and sticks, kusudama flower ball(see picture), collages, a ball covered with sequins and flower pots among various other things

Hmm...craft.

Oh, I'm pretty darn good at making a fire using only wood. Done it over a hundred times. Does that count?

Notes that Tina already pre-emptively put off my comment on multiple posts. Darn.

As far as crafting, I like to build things. I've made a few wooden boxes and I love getting the furniture that you have to build.

Here.

I have built a set of stone stairs that go from the top garden down to the bottom garden. I also built a raised bed veggie garden. I make stuff all the time, we have a great crafty superstore near my work and when I get the urge I can go buy the things I need to make my ideas. The last thing I made was a decorated box. I do have another project ready to go also.

I've never been too great at putting stuff together, lego, bionicles, technology projects, all have been done at great difficulty. I even fail at games where there is a 3D design component (dwarf fortress - but that game wins anyway)

^ DNA made from liquorice allsorts? :)

I likes making siggehs and random decorations, and attempting to draw and do origami at teh moment

*iz still here*

I make pretty characters at school every day...oh that doesn't count? :pout: Fine, I made a treehouse once, and my friends and I used to make teepees out of palm branches and we built a fort out of bricks and tiles once too. We managed to keep it intact for 3 years before some lovely neighbors came and destroyed it  Oh and I rather enjoy making siggys, even if they aren't teh greatest.

I used to build air fix models when I was younger I made planes, cars, boats all sorts of stuff. I used to put all of the planes on fire works and make them fly lol

I am however the quite possibly the least person alive lol

Never thought of myself as good with crafts. I've helped build a house before, but just as a job. Typically I enjoy creating other things, like cartoons, music, and photos.

Hai

I built my own bookshelf in wood shop class in highschool. I still have it to this day. Its about 2 meters high and 1.5 wide. Gigantor book shelf, I know. Funny thing is, it doesn't hold all of my books.

Aside from do-it-yourself furniture (which I sometimes manage to put together so it stays sturdy for years), I dabble in a few crafty things. I crochet, although I haven't done much of it for quite some time. I've started a few other craft type projects that I can't seem to manage to finish.

What, me, procrastinate?

Im here!

The biggest thing ive ever built is a computer. It was fun, I took alot of parts from my time as an IT guy. They wanted a new computer so gave their old ones to me.

I play a few musical instruments if the music I produce counts as "creation." But aside from that, I don't create much else beside brilliant ideas and the warm atmosphere that follow my presence

I crocheted a blanket for my little Kailyn. It had no pink. Mostly green & blue since they are my favorite colors. She should get a chance to use it this winter. :-)

I'm here in some capacity. No mafias atm ).)

I build things on occasion. The last thing I built was a speaker I believe.

I'm not much good at physical crafts, although I have tried origami. Also not good at painting or anything. I like creating computer code though. Does that count?
