I agree it has been saying a few minutes for an hour... it's already 3AM still no book :(

Downloading now at 2.2MBytes/sec.  Had to cancel my pre-order, then re-pre-order and it immediately appeared in my library.  Also, had called Audible and the person I spoke to claimed there was a problem with setting up the release and that it doesn't go until 0300 EST.

When I left for work (I am in France) there was one hour to wait... Hopefully, when I'm back it will be available and downloaded!
