Portal. very fun game.

I've heard that more... Should maybe try it once.

If you are gonna play Portal, go for Portal 2. It's one of the best games I have played in the past years.

The moral of Portal is that if a giant robot ever tells you they're going to give you cake, run for the hills

And Fluffy, play Portal before Portal2. While you can play 2 first, you'll miss a lot of the refrences to the first one.

I didn't like the originial Portal

 

It freaked me out It was too easy

My boys will become teenagers one day ... and then I will be able to play games again. It has been a very long time since I was immersed in one - of course I still only have my trusty PS2 and wii, so can't actually play any of the new games anyways

 

so ... the robot really says, 'Come with me and I will give you a lovely cake?'

No GLaDOS basically says: finish all these puzzles and I will give you cake. Instead of giving you cake, she decides to throw you in a pit of fire, which you fortunately manage to escape. I won't spoil the rest of the story. Portal 2 is a great game :)
