No, apparently I am, because I still can't figure it out :P

You have to start at an edge and the scissors have to have the blue dot in the middle. If you get the red dot, it won't cut. Make a cut from the edge to a point somewhere on the paper, then another from there to somewhere else (or back to the edge away from original cut point), etc.

I made another one.

 

I've made 7 so far . . . I'll try to post my favorite when I get home!
