College Stuff

Featured Replies

College things are happening. I got notification that I got accepted into UW Madison today, so thats good! I will probably end up going there.

NIce. Preparing to get plastered every weekend, laid every night, and study only through the copious application of Ritalin and Adderall?

Heh. I was actually planning to be somewhat studious, but we shall see what we shall see. I have to admit getting plastered does not really appeal to me.

Congratulations! Good news. What are you going to study?

Love your potato siggy!

Computer Science! Its one of the top schools in the country for it. Somewhere in the top ten, i believe. Also cheaper than MIT.

And I like the potato siggie as well. Congratulations should be directed to Ithi, who is a wizard with that sort of thing.

Sounds great, Maw. And yes, can you make it your first assignment to bring back DM to it´s former glory?

Ooooh off to university. That's wonderful news, congratulations

And it's always good to know someone who understands the pooter mumbojumbo :)

I'm glad you like the siggy.

Awesome! Literally any person you meet is going to tell them that their university is the best. Whatever college you go to I'm sure you're going to have the best time.

Lol. My university was rubbish. I got in through Clearing.

But I was lazy and didn't study for my A levels. I just kind of winged it :)

I'm not talking about academic rating. The people you meet in university aren't going to be like the people you would ever normally meet. At least that's my experience. I love university!

Congratulations!  I started to major in C-SCI but had a professor who expected the class to know everything by osmosis and didn't teach the material so because of that, and the math requirements, I switched to IT for computer repair, networking and support. Then again my school was not the best for C-SCI majors, just close to home and family.

Oooooo I think I have found someone to take over the wiki and rollers when I leave now :baalzamon:

You are not leaving!

Madison huh?  I'm not really thrilled with any of the Wisconsin schools. Probably gonna move out somewhere.

yep, university students are weird.

You know what is even weirder? Those girl scouts that sell cookies to college students....I think they are plotting to take over the world one cookie at a time or something...

Me too. If I could afford it I would study the rest of my life. :D
