The Almighty Google has come to my rescue. CTRL ALT Down Arrow

 

all fixed.

 

 

And to flip it upside down again, CTRL ALT Up Arrow. An amusing trick to play on your friends who forget to lock their screen when they leave their desks. Why it would even have such a function is beyond me though.
