I mean, really, it's meant to be SPRING!!!!!

i know, we had some yesterday...and this weather is going on until mid April...We were at the Beach this time last year!

We've had snow all week.

Ahh...you be up north then! It's been bad there. just cold down here! you didn't lose electricity did you?

No thankfully.

 

We have had massive snow drifts though and we have got a 2 metre pile of snow on the end of our garden where we had to clear the driveway.

Wow...some awesome snowmen for the boys then! 

 

I don't mind the snow, but hate driving in it. we don't get as much as you do though. 

 

Has any of it thawed yet?

The snow is melting right now. I think this is just an unreliable time when it comes to weather. My daughter celebrated her birthday last Saturday. Last year it was so sunny that the kids could run out in only a t-shirt. But it was snow storm the year she was born. 

Weirdest thing is, early March I could just go outside without coat and it wasn't cold. Now it's cold WITH a coat.

Tina, it was exactly like that last year! My daughter went in swimming (mad!)

It's starting the melt very very slowly - but thankfully the roads are all clear.

 

 

The snow piles are getting slowly smaller.

i love that window! and a lot of snow! Ours had gone by late morning yesterday. Got into work 9 miles away and they didn't have any!

In that picture it looks very pretty. Seen thru the lovely picture window. Piled off the streets and drive.

 

I guess none of you want to hear about the weather in California right now. No. Keep quiet about that then.

That's a lot more snow than we got...

we had a snow day on Monday...

I'm getting bloody tired of it being cold. Thankfully it seems to be thinking about thawing out.

It's finally starting to stay above zero now, if only just. Still terribly missing the heaters

I can do the temperature in C, but everything else is imperial...Stones, pounds, miles...hehe

Double it and add 30 for farenheit. Ish. Or to be precise I thinks it's something to do with 5/9ths.

 

The drain pipe for my downstair's loo wash basin is frozen solid still

 

I am also a hybrid of metric and imperial.

Ouch! that's not good Ithi, I hope the pipe doesn't burst! although you don't say pipes. so I'm hoping it's not the pipes!
