It basically takes in excess flows from the Nacel Intake and emits it via the connecting pipe when it gets full.

I actually owned an electronic typewriter. It was sort of the general greivious to the Darth Vader laptop.

I completed my final year of uni ... including my 10,000 word dissertation, using an Amstrad Notepad.

 

It cost £75 to buy an extra 1Mb of memory.

 

and i could only see 10 lines of type at a time

I had to print out 1 page at a time to make sure it was aligned correctly.

 

Of course ... this was BEFORE the Internet.

 

My first computer was a Commadore Vic 20. You could buy an extra bit of memory to bring it up to 20k (actually about 19886) and then I progressed to a Commadore 64.

I've spoken to a friend at length about Windows 8 and he showed me some things on it.

 

It's perfect for Tablets and Smartphones.

 

On PCs... I click Desktop and forget the rest existed. Boot-up and shutdown times are nice. Otherwise yea, painful...
