I'm with ya BFG! I'm at literally the same weight I was at the beginning of last year, and that's nearly 20 pounds heavier than when I got married just under two years ago. I blame it on different job and not walking around campus all the time....I mean i went from a low stress highly active low paid job of being at taco bell to high stress, not always on my feet, teaching six different classes a day job which led to WAY too much stress eating....like a ridiculous amount. I tried to use Shakeology to help but it only made me crave bad foods more, even though it says it'll get rid of those junk food cravings but I was so stressed with money because they shakes were too expensive *sigh* So, we're going back to eating healthy and getting steps in a day. I want to have a 15k daily average by next week - I'm already at a 12k daily average!
