Technically, Jailkeeper Roleblocks and Heals but doesn't block other actions.  I've heard the role RTE claimed called Alien but idk if there's a consensus name for it.  Mafiascum is always changing role names.

Yeah, I was in that game.  I would have called that role Random Disabler, but Clumsy Switch works too as it technically does switch roles on as well as off.
