He is new in the craft of burglery, the house is normal, he is working alone and he doesn't want to be caught.

Hint: this is not the first time he is in the house and besides, he is an unexperienced burgler.

He has gone back to the house to get something he left behind which is something incriminating the last time he broke in.

He is breaking into the house to visit his girlfriend. He is a burglar but he is not at the house to steal, just sneaking in to see his girlfriend.
