No, scuba-diving, the helmets are to protect them, to keep their heads safe.

He is having his home built, so he just returned to the construction site where he was greeted by two construction workers/builders?

RTE, as already guessed home is not a building or even a house, nor to be built

 

The helmets protect all of the men's head and faces, so they don't get hurt, not only their heads. Yes, there is an uniform + other protection, covering the vital organs/parts to avoid injuries :biggrin:

 

Hint: not military uniforms
