We were going to take our boys to see the movie this past weekend but didn't make it.  We are going to try again this coming weekend (assuming I get all my Christmas shopping done this weekend because I have yet to even start . . . *gulp*).

Cindy's description of "empty, sound and fury" described it exactly for me. Lots of sound and fury, drones on and on and empty meaning no real depth to the characters. I liked the first movie better.

 

I'm enamored of elves, though. Lol.

I understand that the movie did not live up to expectations thjat much, but I hope that the 3rd will be great. So Thanks once again for joining this event.
