OK, so apparently I'm gonna be fine. Just my spine is too flat (instead of being curvy enough) and sitting job gives a lot of stress. Physicotherapy, swimming, losing weight, live healthy etc.

The sort of every day life thing that's hard to do but I'll have to... cause else I'm gonna be hurting more and more.
