Damer Flinn having one hand?  The only character I recall that lost a hand was Rand; Knife of Dreams.

 

Cindaking?  I do not recall a place with that name.

Pretty sure Damer Flinn loses an entire arm, not just a hand. In the last battle.

Graendal blows it off while they are fighting at Shayol Ghul.

Interesting point. He learned his healing "weaving" with his fingers and that would form part of his weave
