it's just cocoa butter and sugar pretty much so basically frosting.

I love white chocolate, though, like Cindy said, it's technically not chocolate.

 

I usually use white chocolate when I make cakepops. It tastes better with the cake than normal chocolate.

I like it drizzled I a glaze over raspberry filled cookie bars... it's also a pretty contrast in brownies.
