Should Mat be over 25?  25 is max health when there are 5 left.  What about when >5 left?

25 is maximum hp - just a reminder. Only nine left. Exciting.

Just a reminder... then you may want to update the rules on the original page because they still show "A cap of 25 HP will be imposed upon the last 5 items standing"

No problem with the change, just think the original rules should be updated if that is the case.

In the final:

When 5 is left they start over with 25 hp.

As long as one have 25 you can choose to only hury or heal/hurt. 25 is still max.

Wait... to who? 

That was at TG. A character can only get 25 hp. No more, ever. When there are five left they all goes into the finale and get 25 hp each. It doesn´t matter how many hp they had before.
