Depends on the work really. I've done both. With 2 little ones I'm typically up early and as soon as I'm able I'm getting done what I can. Sometimes I stay up late finishing things as well, but not lately.

I despise morning, if I'm up before 9:30 it takes me a good hour to wake up and then still nothing much gets done before 10. So late at night for sure.

I can do both too. My job we can work during the day or night. I also have classes in the morning so I don't mind waking up early.

here, I prefer staying up late although since I have to get up early everyday with kids, I struggle to stay up late hehehehehe
