I have good Intel that Bilbo did hate Bombadil. Something about not paying up on a bet.

Also something about yellow boots. But I digress.

Good answers kronos.

LotR:

What was the name of the battering ram used to break the main gate of Minas Tirith?

Bonus follow up for pointses. What was it named after?

Grond is right. Pointses still on the table then.

Name one elf in middle earth at the end of the Third Age that had looked upon the two trees in Valinor?

Also I didn't deny this - but it wasn't in the Hobbit

Yes. Where the brats roll on the floor with the dogs. At least according to Saruman.

Name 3 big differences between the LotR books and films. Or little is okay too.

In the books, Narsil/Anduril is reforged before the Fellowship's quest.

Tom Bombadil is absent from the movies (Thank the Valar).

In the books, the storm that forces the Fellowship through Moria has nothing to do with Saruman.  That was all Caradhras the Cruel.

Also, Sam, Gimli, and Faramir are all much cooler in the books.

No Tom Bombadil

I'd almost rather take my chances against fell barrow wights than put up with his incessant singing.

Also, for a small difference, in the movies, the Argonath appear to be Elendil and Isuldur (judging by apparent relative age) cuz I guess Anarion isn't important enough to warrant spending like two minutes explaining who he is only for people to forget like 30 seconds later.
