I can suvive a cut to the body. even a thrust to the body depending. taking my head off ruins my looks and is something i cant survive hence the ducking

...I'm still unclear on how the ducking helps.

I think I understand the confusion here... the Sarms must not make any attacks other than horizontal slashes... whereas the infantry actually know how to fight and do "mystical" (must seem like it from the Sarms' perspective!) stuff, that doesn't involve chopping off heads.
