I would probably have to go with either Ivan Drago or Johnny from the Karate Kid. Both tried to tear down the fabric upon which the American Dream is built.

I'd have to say Vern, the dancing Trolloc. I mean, he may not have been as obviously evil, but the psychotically sinister incorporation of him into main plot lines was amazingly dark.
