If you dunk Zan in brew and he gets out of said vat before dry and drips brew on the floor, it is Zan, in fact, that is guilty of brew spillage.  That means he'd have to spot-fine himself!

*drags in a HUGE vat followed by a tanker wagon pulled by 2 draft horses (don't worry; they're wearing "diapers").  Selecting a hose from the side of the tanker wagon, Daruya places one end in the vat and attaches the other to the tanker.  She turns a spigot and beer is soon cascading merrily into the vat*
