I know of quite a few people who would eat that.

 

I wouldn't be able to finish even half.

I think they did those as a party thing. They would have been popular with the low carb people at office lunches I guess.

I would not be surprised if that was something like 25 lbs now that I think about it.

I'm not such a big fan of ham. I'd use some to make a sammy though (good idea, Cindy!) but not just like that, and not all of it.

Ah nope, it's pastrami.

 

I don't eat pastrami cause it's more fattier than I like but I bet they make a great roast beast sammich too.
