sometimes if i'm at a red gym it won't show me the option to battle practice... just to give berries to the pokemon there. What's up with that?

Not sure. I know that by feeding the berries, you are helping ensure the Pokemon won't abandon the gym.

I was obviously choosing red. It's fashionable and it's in.

I started with blue, but then I got locked out of the account and couldn't remember the password, so I started a new account with yellow because the three gyms near my house had been solidly yellow for a few months. Now they are all red.

So, is anyone still playing?
Friends and trading are a thing now. PM me if you want a friend add. We'll probably be too far away to trade pokemon, but we can still exchange gifts.
