That's a hard one.

 

My husband is smoking a turkey and I love apple pie, so I'd rather have turkey.

Would you rather be with friends or family?

Friends who I've made into family.

 

Would you rather have hot apple pie with ice cream or without ice cream?

With ice cream and full regrets

 

WOuld you rather have simple reheated or sandwiched leftovers, or whole new dishes?

Leftovers are the best.

 

Would you rather have sweet potatoes or regular mashed potatoes?

would you rather watch football or king kong?

King Kong no contest

 

dinner at 1 or

normal dinner time?

dinner at 1 - that way you can spend practically the whole afternoon talking and sharing with people, and you only have to make one meal!

 

Would you rather go visit people or stay at home?

Go visit people, cause even though everybody helps with clean up after meal, most times at least I wouldn't have the burden to do it once everyone left

 

Would you rather, have turkey or ham for Thanksgiving?

turkey. ham

is for Christmas.

what's the difference?

Stuffing is in the bird, dressing is cooked on its own

OH....my mom does both she makes so much...or should I say: USED TO....she's passed it down to my younger sisters  but to answer the question: stuffing

Mashed. Candied is too sweet.

Cranberry sauce without because it taste better.

red if it has to be wine but cider

pets at table of course someones gotta clean up the "dropped" food

I make my own. Chunky.

 

Gravy or no gravy?

Gravy lots of gravy so much gravy

 

Brine or no brine

I think I know what brine is: salt mixture that you put all over the turkey to make it taste better, or something like that??????  yah google...    so yes brine  Though so far as I know I have never had a brined turkey.  

 

deep fried turkey or smoked turkey

Smoked definitely.

 

Boiled potatoes with butter or mash
