I'm old enough to wish I had waited till I was 70 to start getting social security. In my varied careers I have been a stamp dealer, a roadie for a revival blues band, a manager for a Berkeley rock band, a manager for two rediscovered bluesmen, a record company owner, a non-violence trainer for protestors against marijuana raids, a dj playing long lost roots music, a talk show host, and now I am a lawyer. I believe I started my sf/fantasy fanship with 50's SiFi mags, and Asimov, right on thru Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter to Robert Jordan. I have read Wheel of Time at least  twice, some volumes 3 times. One advantage of aging is being able to reread a book several years later as if it were brand new.  Gritting my remaining teeth waiting for Season 2.
