About Me
Thom DeSimone is your friendly resident nerd. He is the co-host of Dragonmount’s The Wheel of Time web-show, host of Dragmount’s monthly Instagram livestreams, and his alter ego Puppet Thom is a current co-host of The Leafcast. You may have also seen him (and his magnificent beard) volunteering at fantasy conventions- he has been volunteering for JordanCon since its inception 14 years ago!
On his quest to indoctrinate a whole new generation into The Wheel of Time, Thom has been a guest speaker at colleges on Sci-Fi/Fantasy panels and co-hosted a premiere event for Amazon Prime Video’s The Wheel of Time show in L.A.
When he is not talking about The Wheel of Time, Thom spends his time playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, woodworking, protesting for human rights, and petting the three cats that are kind enough to allow him and his wife to live in their home.
