What is your favorite ice cream?

So I made something delicious tonight! I was experimenting with my new Instant Pot (Christmas Present, on my list, cause it does 'all the things' I don't actually have appliances for), and made this amazing Middle Eastern Lamb Stew from scratch, served over quinoa. My only concern was making sure I used the pressure cooker setting right and didn't blow anything up! Turned out to be much easier than expected (also, apparently this thing has unique noises for 'the lid is on and in place, the lid is closed, the lid is open, you have removed the lid' and a variety of other things. I'm working on getting everyone up to speed, plus getting the Red Sashes in to the private board. That may take just a bit but I'm working on it. Well first DM went missing and then I when MIA. I've had bronchitis, asthma, and a sinus infection. I'm on the second round of antibiotics and prednisone. If anyone is up to it, I'd appreciate positive thoughts and wishes as I recover.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable evening last night, celebrating our start of a new year in the manner of your choosing.
