I guess I'm starting a thing now (take that Emp) ... Worst Movie Ever and now ... Most Quotable Movie Ever. Which movie do you find is most quotable? I suppose I'd have to say something lame like Star Wars, since I do quote it a lot. But in my head at least I definitely tend to quote Boondock Saints more because I thought of it randomly yesterday. Anyways, what are your picks?

not really... The Onion has published a funny fake news article announcing Michael Bay’s “landmark $50 million agreement” to “monumentally f up” a big screen live-action adaptation of ThunderCats. The article quotes Bay as saying “I couldn’t be more excited to completely f$ck this up.” “I’ll use every directorial tool I have to suck the very life and charm out of this beloved cartoon,” added Bay, claiming that the film could turn out to be the most colossal piece of crap he’s ever worked on. “I won’t rest until I get every last scene exactly wrong.” Read the full article at http://www.theonion.com/content/news/michael_bay_signs_50m_deal_to_fuck?utm_sourc…

Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters, the creators of The CW's struggling paranormal comedy "Reaper", have signed a deal to develop television shows for 20th Century Fox TV. The show's future has been in question since its return a few weeks ago to poor ratings - this effectively has proven the final nail in the coffin. Various high-profile shows are 'on the bubble' right now and could effectively be officially cancelled in the next few weeks. These include Chuck, Dollhouse, Life, My Name is Earl and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Before I even get started let me first give you a brief history of this brand new Seanchan Report. There I was, minding my own JD business, doing whatever it is I do on an average day (Smoking crack while participating in bass fishing tournaments in Eastern Texas (or ya know, whatever)) when I was interupted by my old friend and Org Leader Empy, may he live forever (or God willing at least into his late 40s considering the kind of toxins he puts into his body on a daily basis). What did he say to you JD? What type of conversation passed between such legends as you and the great Emperor of Seanchan? Well, reader, because I so dearly love you I will go ahead and transcr…

Recent discussions and trash they are showing on TV has got me thinking, what is the WORST movie ever. Currently I have in the running in terms of personal worst choice: 1. Twilight 2. High School Musical 3. Gigli I think those are self explanatory. So, what do you think is the worst movie you've ever seen?

A job listing noted by Gamasutra suggests that Netflix is expanding its streaming-to-consoles service to new platforms. Netflix is looking for a high-level engineering leader with "deep experience developing and testing media rich applications on current generation gaming consoles." Candidates should "Expect to help build a small technology team to rapidly prototype and iterate on a variety of platforms." So it appears Netflix is at least exploring the idea of streaming Netflix movies and TV shows to the PS3 and Wii. Whether any kind of plan or deal is in place remains to be seen, but given the success of Netflix on the 360 (over one million Xbox Live Gold subsc…

I just saw this movie and I really enjoyed it. I liked the fact that characters were real people with problems. I thought it had its humorous parts, and it had its more sad and subtle parts but over all I believe after everyone watches it, they will want those experiences.

You lot like him? I find him quite hit an miss : p I really like some of his movies, like Psycho or the Birds or North by Northwest or Dial M for Murder, but find myself bored and disliking some that are supposed to be his very greatest, say Vertigo and Rear Window : p How about you!?

Ok, I'm going to admit that I now watch this. I was flipping channels, saw a repeat of this, and checked it out. I have NOT read the series. Apparently, this show is only loosely tied anyway, but they apparently follow the main storyline. The acting is ok, but the action is very good. Lots of fight scenes, and some good moves thrown in. And the magic is pretty good as well. The only issue I have is that the fight scenes tend to be a little repetitive, with Richard using many of the same swings and swipes in every fight he's in. Which is a lot - the dude can't stay out of trouble. I've started watching the episodes online last night in order to catch up. …

Just curious as to what you guys think is the best movie in this franchise. I liked Road Warrior the best, Beyond Thunderdome got rather "Lost Boys" to me in the second half of the movie.

DirecTV and NBC Universal have reached an agreement to keep the acclaimed football drama “Friday Night Lights” on for two more 13-episode seasons. http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118001878.html?categoryid=14&cs=1 This is a great show that I am happy is staying on the air. I would not have guessed it would live.

To be fair i love everything Toni Collette does, but i love this show more. It is the story of a woman with multiple personalities, and her family as they deal with it. There is her loving husband, Max, who despite insane patience slowly finds the situation harder and harder, her daughter, Kate, who is more or less living without parents. Her son, Marshall. who is forced to act like a parent, and is the single most honest gay character to be shown on tv. Her sister, Charmaine, who is self-absorbed and believes Tara is making it up. And of course there is the alters, T, a teenager, Buck, male vietnam vet, and Alice, a 1950's housewife. (which sounds lame i know, but rememb…

Steam is GREAT! However one issue I've always had with them, is the inability to 'trade' games between people. Thusly, Impulse is AWESOME-er! ;)

Has anyone seen the movie Funny Girl with Barbra Streisand? I recently saw it, and it was one of the best movies I've ever seen. I also just watched Sunset Boulevard which is a film noire style movie. It was extremely good as well. Both are from the 1950's. I would highly suggest these movies to anyone. Omar Shariff is masterful in Funny Girl and Sunset Boulevard was William Holden's big break.

So, any of you seen it yet? I saw it, and I must say I liked it a whole lot. Of the top of my head there's two things that i didn't like as far as changes from the graphic novel goes, first one being that we didn't get to see Rorschach hiding in Moloch's fridge (I was looking forward to that!) and second that Rorschach, during his "transformation", killed the kidnapper with a knife instead of handcuffing him and burning down the house. But yeah, I really liked it, and I thought the ending fit in nicely, avoiding a lot of backstory that would've taken up precious film minutes and making it osmewhat more accesible to your average movie-goer. Woo! Also, leave…
