I have just read the news that Robert Jordan has passed away and just wanted to express my deep and abiding sadness and sincere condolences to his wife and family. A rare talent of outstanding imagination and creativity, he will be sorely missed.

I have read all of the WoT books many times I wish to convey my condolences to all the family and friends and say that he will be missed.

just wondering wat people think could be the best possible ending in there view?? wat happens to there favourite characters and do they hope the ending is happy or sad............

Has anyone here read any of the Kushiel's Legacy books by Jaqueline Corey? I'm currently on book two, and I'd just like to talk about them to anyone else who's read them.

Ok, i need a new series to read and i hope you guys can help! Im mostly into Fantasy books but i like horror and sci-fi aswel, books based on reality not so much :D the one thing that really annoys me in books is over complicated names, it just annoys me!ie Stephen Ericson/R. Scott Baker my faveroite series to date are: A Song of Ice and Fire LOTR His Dark Materials Feist's books are good..... like Irvine aswel. Any sugestions would be great!

This may have been discussed before, or I may be the only one who thinks this, but either way I have to ask. Does anyone fel that the Ogier (Loial)pictured on the dust jacket art for "The Great Hunt" looks more "Human" than RJ described them in the books. I guess every time I picture an ogier from the descriptions I come up with a Bipedal, Humanoid character, but I almost see them more as (call me crazy) a slim version of the royal family in "Fraggle Rock". Obviously less Muppety, but all the descriptions like the bushy eyebrows, maniputable pointed ears, and bulbuous noses make me invision the head as much larger than pictured.
