So let's see how this flies. I thought this thread would be fun as I copy the idea of the movie battle thread and take it down a level. Don't think of it as in hand to hand combat type stuff... but more about their overall awesomeness!

I haven't seen 300 yet so I'm not sure. But from the previews he seems very awesome.

Aragorn was awesome, but King Leonidas wins hands down.

Aragorn from the movies or the books? Although I should admit too to not yet seeing 300. Is it about the battle of thermopoly?

OK, then I go King Leonidas just cause he looks scarier.

But the old blood runs in Aragorn's veins! I vote Aragorn, only because I haven't seen 300 yet. Leonidas looks pretty badass, tho. 8)

In terms of brute strength Leonidas will win, but in all other aspects Aragorn is superior. Personally, I find Leonidas to be too much of a psychotic killer.

Tell you what.... we will vote... and I will choose the next person to pick competitors.

Leonidas was mighty, but in the end he died... Aragon still lives and is just pure AWESOME

haven't seen 300 yet but don't think Aragorn is that great so Leonidas gets my vote from default :P

Yes Leonidas was a badass freak but that's how they raised 'em in Sparta. In a smackdown it's got to be him. He is totally focussed on being the ultimate warrior and that is all he has been raised to be from a small child. Aragon is a mighty mighty fine (in all senses of the word) warrior but he is too troubled and human in the best of senses.

 

And yes the speedos were truly a work of wonder. I am thinking of going to the cinema tomorrow to see 300 again now that my hubby is away I can drool and grunt in appreciation without freaking him out as I did when we went to see it together.

Padded my ar$e (oh if only it were just padding!) those boys are hot and ripply and and and I must find out what time the film is on today. Just me alone in the dark with a tub of Peanut M&M's and Gerard Butler phwoah! :shock:

I havent't seen it yet, and I'm tempted to join you! I saw some pic of Leo, and the thigh coming out of the leather speedo was somewhat distracting. ^_^
