I've been on "vacation"...remodeling the bedroom...demolition...wiring...insulation...drywall...much better than driving to Florida and back at $3.89 per gallon.

Consider for a moment that that mindset is at least in part the result of being my worldview being extremely self-centered.

I can relate with this. Never felt the need for a "role-model" or being infatuated for any such reason. Seems like a poor form of easy submission.
