I have just purchased a puppy. He's a black, male labrador and I get to pick him up in a couple of weeks. This morning on my way to work, I stopped off and took a look at him. He looks great!

 

Anyway, the point of this thread is that I am looking for a great WOT name for this pup. My original idea was to call him Hopper, but when I mentioned that to a friend he thoguht I was talking about Hopper the grasshopper from Disney's "A Bug's Life."

 

So, any great suggestions will be more than welcomed. Please be aware that I already have fish named Mandarb and Aldeib and I'm thinking of saving Lan for my son. Other than those restrictions - have at him!

... Pips sounds nice... but maybe you ought to assess the character of the dog for a day or two before making up your mind. It's nice when the name matches the temperament.
