Well, that's because I figured it would go something like this:

 

*Locke chucks a putrid tomato across the room but his aim is bad and it slams into the back of Tayla's head.  Terrified of what Tayla's wrath might entail, Locke tries to inconspicuously make his way towards the exit.  Locke hears a loud "LOCKE" and breaks into a sprint hoping he can get away and realizes he might have to spend the rest of his life in hiding.*
